How do I use my learner account?

Create an account from Sign up, then sign in with that account. Course access is checked for the signed-in learner. Your Profile page shows the account email and whether it is verified. If you cannot sign in, send a report with the account email you use; never include your password.

Why can I see a course but not open its lessons?

The public catalog shows published course records, but a listing does not grant lesson access. The app checks for a purchase entitlement on your account or a subscription the billing service confirms as access-active for that course level. After a purchase, sign in with the same email used at checkout. If access still does not appear, report the course and the account email you used.

Where are course downloads?

When a course has downloadable materials, they appear in its lesson player under “Take these with you.” The current player serves these resources as plain-text file downloads. Download links require a signed-in account with access to that course. If no materials appear in the player, no download is currently listed there for that course.

How does a subscription affect course access?

The app grants subscription access when the billing service confirms access is active and the plan covers the published course level. Subscription checkout is available only when sales and payment setup are enabled. Use the current offer shown in the app for its details; this FAQ does not confirm live prices or set refund or cancellation terms. Send a report if you have a billing question.
